Gary Watt is a Professor in the School of Law at The University of Warwick. He is a National Teaching Fellow and was named UK ‘Law Teacher of the Year’ in 2009. In edition to core texts on equity and trusts, his books include Dress, Law and Naked Truth: A Cultural Study of Fashion and Form (Bloomsbury, 2013) and Equity Stirring: The Story of Justice Beyond Law (Hart, 2009). He is one of the founding co-editors of the journal Law and Humanities and is general editor of the forthcoming multi-volume A Cultural History of Law (Bloomsbury)
